Way to catch up, Missouri legislature.
Mind you, it only jumps into action now that servicemen are being killed.
I remember back in the 80s and 90s when Phelps and his merry band of inbred idiots were "protesting" the funerals of AIDS victims. However, I guess the pain of their families and friends just wasnt good enough for legislative action.
Phelps makes me seriously question my Quakerism.
